EMERSON RADIO CORP. & JS KARAOKE ANNOUNCE
NEW LICENSING PARTNERSHIP

Parsippany, NJ & Pinellas Park, FL (December 15, 2006) –Emerson Radio Corp. (AMEX:MSN) and JS Karaoke LLC, a major U.S. distributor and importer of karaoke hardware and software, announced today a North American licensing partnership. Under terms of the agreement, Emerson will license its name to JS Karaoke d/b/a IXT Systems for a line of branded karaoke products scheduled for release in the spring of 2007.

IXT Systems will launch the Emerson line at the International Consumer Electronics Show in January 2007. The line-up will include a complete assortment of karaoke equipment plus DVD, CDG and CD sound tracks. The products include: Semi-Pro Karaoke Series, Karaoke Party Machines Series, DVD/CDG/Downloadable karaoke music products, Microphone DVD Converter Series and Professional Wireless Microphone DVD Converter Series.
